Independent status
NYC Helicopter Tours is an independent travel information website. It is not the New York Helicopter Tours attraction, not a booking platform, and not the provider of helicopter services. Our pages are intended to help readers research and plan; they do not replace official provider information or booking terms.
Any reference to the attraction, tickets, times, routes, or access is informational only. We may include affiliate links to GetYourGuide, which means we may earn a commission if you book through a link on our site. That commercial relationship does not change the fact that bookings are handled elsewhere.
Information can change
Travel information changes frequently. Prices, availability, operating schedules, age rules, meeting details, security screening, and entry conditions may change before or after a page is published. We check published information before sharing it, but we cannot guarantee that every detail remains current at the moment you read it.
Readers should confirm important information directly with the attraction or booking provider before making plans. If a page on our site differs from the provider’s current published terms, the provider’s current published information should be treated as the better source for the booking decision.
Third-party booking providers
When you click an affiliate link or any external booking link, you leave our website and enter a third-party service. Those providers control their own pages, availability, checkout process, customer service, and booking terms. We are not responsible for their payment handling, cancellations, refunds, vouchers, or confirmation systems.
If a booking is made, the contract is between you and the provider or seller that processes the reservation. We do not collect your payment, issue tickets, or manage customer support for those reservations. Any questions about a specific booking should be directed to the provider involved.
Accessibility and personal suitability
Accessibility, comfort, and suitability can vary by aircraft, route, date, weather, and provider procedures. We may summarise publicly available information, but we cannot verify every traveler’s individual needs or every operational condition in real time. Visitors with mobility, sensory, medical, or accessibility concerns should confirm details with the provider before booking.
Any planning guidance on this site is general in nature. It should not be treated as a promise that a particular experience will be suitable for every visitor. The same applies to views, timing, and onboard experience, which can vary significantly from one flight or day to another.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or safety advice. We do not provide legal interpretations of ticket terms, consumer rights, aviation requirements, or local rules. If you need advice about those matters, use the provider’s official documents or seek appropriate professional guidance.
We aim to present information clearly and responsibly, but publication on a travel guide does not create a guarantee, certification, warranty, or contractual commitment. Any decision to book or travel remains your own responsibility.
Reasonable limits on liability
To the fullest extent reasonably permitted, we are not liable for losses that result from changes made by third-party providers, technical outages, inaccurate third-party listings, missed departures, weather disruption, or other factors outside our direct control. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you believe something on the site needs correction, contact us at info@nychelicopter-tours.com. We will consider the issue and update the page where appropriate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or uninterrupted accuracy for fast-changing travel data.
